The downstairs apartment is cooler and provided with fans.
There are 2 separate floors, fully equipped with own living- and dining room and kitchen. You will find 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (and a seperate guest toilet) on the main floor and 2 bedrooms and one bathroom on the ground floor (with second living- dining and kitchen). Ideal for a stay with 2 families. 
There is a nice big covered veranda with dining- and lounge possibilities. There is a private pool with pool heater for the colder months. There are a lot of facilities like WIFI internet, 2 kitchens, one with dishwasher, child equipment free available, BBQ etc. A child cot is free available.
Groups of youth people are not allowed.
